I would like to share what I know..
I started working in the Human Resources industry over thirteen years ago, I started out as an HR admin, then moved on to Recruiting and am currently an HR Generalist. Spending 5+ years in various capacities taught me a lot about people – good and bad. I have a Bachelors in Business Administration and I have learned quite a bit from my many years of experience.
I am a sponge, seriously and I love to learn. I also like to share what I know and what I know is how to ace an interview and write a great resume. I can also help with General HR issues and how to deal with others in a very diplomatic fashion. My hope is to not only share with I know but also learn something in the process.

This website is a “blog” (my blog) which basically means that I add new content on a regular basis to it. I hope that every day I will have an opportunity to write a new article. If you are interested in only a particular topic like resume writing , interview skills, negotiations or anything HR related you can browse the sidebar by categories or you can try using the tags a little further down the page on the right.
What is your policy on advertising?
Recruitingmaven is not my full time job , but with time I hope it can make a few dollars to help us gain a bit more financial freedom. We hope to use the revenue from advertisements to offset those costs of hosting and maintaining this site. With that being said, we will always only personally recommend or endorse a product or something we feel might be of value to others. If a product or service isn’t worth it I will tell you as well.
I try to monitor the ads that run on this site. Some are from ad networks where I don’t have control over which ads are shown.
